Refund policy
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The issue must fall under one of the accepted return reasons (see below).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item is eligible for return, you may return it as described above and place a new order separately if desired.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. However, returned items must still meet all eligibility requirements (unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).
This EU right does not override our policy on accepting returns for defective or incorrect items only. We reserve the right to decline returns made solely on the basis of preference or change of mind.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
